Ha ha! I remember doing the exact same thing a little while ago because of some other disk. :-) It turns out that Richard Brown is half (I think) of Outcast Productions. You might recognize them from those wicked remixes of Bjork's Hyperballad. I believe he has done some work with Autechre before though, and this is why I might have got confused... check Incunabula and I think his name is there. Anyway, they are seperate entities for sure. My friend has talked to Richard (that's how I got the confusion resolved...) and he sent her a bunch of demos. Definitely not Autechre. On an bit of a tangent...
