I think the Chemicals must be doing something of DAT after the
encounter a friend of mine had whilst opening for them in Manchester.
My friend had finished his set and was packing up as he had to go
elsewhere, he had unplugged all his gear and the only remaining
thing was one of his 4 way sockets. Just before he pulled it out
of the wall he noticed something else had been plugged into the
spare connector. He thought for a moment and then decided although
it wasn't a plug he recognised it couldn't be anything major so pulled
it from the wall.
You guessed it the Chemicals had plugged their entire rig into a
spare socket on a 4way plug that was just kicking around. The entire
set went down, my friend turned to his partner and said "Tell me the
CB's didn't just stop". They quickly put it back in the wall and the
set started off again. If it was sequencer based, a reboot would have
taken a while to get booted and back running, so it must have been off
DAT. - By the way the Audience thought it was part of the set.
