Anybody heard the recent compilation of remixed Ferox material _Adventures in Technosoul_? And did a compilation come out on the Octopus label, and if so, has anybody heard it? in case the electro-heads out there haven't heard it, there is a serious electro jammy on the last beverly hills 808303 12" on drop bass. not quite idm (*very* tracky) but very cool. look in the run-out grooves for the info as the label is not very useful. finally: to the bozo who went after Urb: that's pathetic. if you disagree with Ms. Palmer about the Chemical Brothers, fine. i think you can say that without getting so personal or bringing Urb into it. As an added bonus, you'll sound le ss like an idiot. Finally, if you're going to reply so earnestly about your heroes, at least get the facts straight: i haven't been paying attention to techno records for long, and i know they've been around at *least* two and a half years. sorry to everybody else... that little dig really irked me tho. nick on recently: max 404 - "trapped" + the dishwasher. neat. on before that: neptunian bass frogs (!)

Well sir, I am sorry that I can't stoop to your level by calling people names. I posted an oppostion to Ms. Palmer's review, correct. And I did criticize URB for being behind it their news. It was a common event to read a review about something that came out 1 year ago or more. It was a criticism, because nearly everything I read was OLD news. I read MUZIK mag and IDM, and find them to be valuable resources. I did refer to URB as being the one Decent American magazine, but it pales compared to Muzik. I expressed that I wish URB would catch up. I am glad that there is at LEAST one American Magazine, that covers this genre. I don't really want to retype everything that I already responded to. So I will leave it at that
