Just got it one trip to the store: "Feed me Weird Things", "Bubble & Squeak", The dragon disc 2, and The spymania somehting road tracks... oh, and neutilus and the steel 12" on mille plateaux. And all this I traded for zillions of Goa & house discs I got lately. I am so happy I can burst. This squarepusher guy got me confused here. Not that I don't love it. I dig it deeply. But I feel it'll take me some time to get it implemented in my mind deep enough. I must say that while being blown away completely, sitting trembling on the couch with the cat falling asleep (frentic beats always bore her), I failed to see any jungle-grooves. Groovy jazz yes, but not jungle. And the funny thing is that the steel 12" is also groovy as hell, It was the last thing I expected. Anyway, It's morning and I came back from my first DJ sesion ;) No real mixing just the old (fade) in-out. But those alternative boys got what they deserved!!! From Squarepusher to SpeedFreak.
