I beleive he was refering to the fact that the shirts cost 16pnds or 25 US Dollars, which is basically retardedness. 25 dollars for shirts that cost no more than 5 dollars to print? From a label that has a reputation falling like a dead bird from the sky. What are they on? I'll tell you what, a massive ego trip, thats gonna end when they have a couple thousand shirts sitting in their living room for a while. Dont be a sucker and inflate their ego's anymore, but for some reason i know half of you will still go out and buy that wevie stonder thing. what does the "I" stand for again? -merck np: twisted anger - 8-ball (penny black) ----- Original Message ----- From: Andrew Hime <hime@kali.wf.net> To: <idm@hyperreal.org> Sent: Thursday, February 03, 2000 9:28 AM Subject: Re: (idm) Skam Stuff

Try not to compare US and UK standards. T-shirts are always pricey in the UK.... that's why people sell bootleg concert shirts after shows so peeps like me don't have to shell out 20 quid for the real deal. Lets not forget: The name of the label Is *not* "BARGAIN" or "GREAT VALUE" or "WAL-MART", its "SKAM" - and if their prices reflect this then kudos to them for having a theme and sticking to it, I say! ernie Ernesto Ikerd, (817) 763-4795 Company Graphics, Dept 17, MZ-4202 Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company Fort Worth, Texas --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

I fail to see what having T-shirts has to do with "selling out". Maybe with having multiple designs at one time and slipmats? I'm getting ready to do another batch of shirts for my label... --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
