Actually, I've seriously been thinking about this recently. I really
and truly believe myself to have a music addiction of sorts. I'm
always in need of a fix. I always want something new. At least once a
week, I wander into my favourite record shop and ask "what have you
got for me?". The reason I've been thinking about this recently is
that when I wander into the record store, it's because I've felt the
NEED to do so. It's not just because I was in the neighbourhood, it's
not just out of curiousity. When I stop by three times in one week,
it's not because I suspect they've gotten more stock in, but because
I want a music fix.

yes. Yes. YES!!! Without question. Even on those days when I'm
worrying about money and I'm thinking about upcoming expenses etc.,
I seem to have no problem picking up 4 or 5 new CDs. The only time I
ever truly refrain from buying music is when there is simply no
money in my bank account. Right now, I'm kind of wondering what the
hell I'm going to eat for the next week and a half until payday, but
it doesn't matter - on friday, I picked up sub rosa's Acient Lights
and Blackcore, an Irresistible Force CD, Iaora Tahiti by Mouse on
Mars and something else I can't think of right now. At least I'll
have good music to listen to whilst I go hungry...!
Peace out,
