Check out UR#002-Sonic EP and UR#004-Waveform EP Both have some very dark tracks. Not too harsh though Also look for UR#024-the return of Acid Rain Alot of hard acid tracks with an incredible electroesque/acid track (Twista) Let's see what else....oh yeah look for any of Drexciya's records, UR#30 and ? Nation 2 Nation, World 2 World and Galaxy 2 Galaxy on UR - these are the best releases, and some of the best techno ever put to wax, though beware, they are soft, soulful, Jazzy tracks - nothing like the 'Revolution' LP. As for Transmat, well, if you didn't like what you heard, either you were quite unlucky, or you just don't like the sound. Start with Strings Of Life, via The Dance, and end with The Beginning.
