Yeah, it is. That track is on Logic's Second Barramundi Sampler. It is
"Travel without Moving" by Karma de La Luna (5:30). There have also been
other Dune samples including "Spice" by Timeless. That one sampled the
line(s):
"The spice extends life,
the spice expands consiousness,
the spice is vital to space travel"
