Pedantry alert - 'Strings (ain't what they use to be)' was a cover version by Kelvin Andrews - Ashley Beedle did the '10th Planet' remix on Network... And I assume everyone's noticed this: Rebuilt Kev ---> Luke Vibert Versatile Crib Funk ---> Luke Francis Vibert Rule #215061 (ii) of IDM: if the title of a track seems strange, chances are it's an anagram of the artist's name... see ya ____________________________________________________________ tom churchill e-mail: tom@chrchfam.demon.co.uk you can wear a pair of shoes, but I wouldn't try to eat them ____________________________________________________________

Oops, yeah, I stand corrected. These boring, over-hyped UK techno/house bods are all the same to me :) J ^ ObIDM: Anyone else seen "Further Self-Evident Truths 3 yet? Bought mine 2 weeks ago but haven't yet had the time to do it justice - twisted d&b, spaced-out dub-techno and wonky trip-hop seems to be the order of the day. There's even a Mad Professor mix of a Jammin' Unit track! Last one I checked out was number 1 and that was half tracks I already had and too many mixes of that RHC/Plavka track so I left it in the shop. This one's a load better and also contains what appears to be yet another Vibert pseudonym, but I can't remember it right now. :/ __________ ________.__/_____ _||_/ James Skilton aka Steady J _[]/_____________[.__\____-_ DJ and Party Animal | | Part Time Hedonist |____________________________| Full Time Technohead |__|-' '-|__| Steady-J@Firefox.co.uk

--Seen it, and I belive that it contains a "Plug" track. In fact, I believe all of the "Further Self Evident Truths" have one Plug track a piece. Upon hearing "Further Self Evident Truths (One or Two), I bought as many Plug singles as I could get my hands on here (One and Three). Stay tuned for the Plug album, Mid June!!!!! ---------------------- James Benjamin Gill, jgill@u.arizona.edu check it on the www - peace.
