They're a Canadian duo (two brothers) based in Germany. They make (or used to make--haven't heard anything from them in a while) very strong technopop with a dark edge. I believe the late Dwayne Goettel (of Skinny Puppy) started out in Psyche. You might have heard the Vanishing Heat project on Dossier--that's Darrin of Psyche. ObIDM: Erm, Anyone heard the new Alter Ego?
