Personally my favorite Ninja Tune LPs are those by 9 Lazy 9 and Up, Bustle & Out. The 9 Lazy 9 album "Paradise Blown" is exellent, big phat beats and chunky jazz samples, ranging from lazy chillout to more up tempo grooves, and all in all unlike anything else I've heard, except maybe some of the stuff on New Breed Records from the USA. The Up, Bustle & Out LP "The Breeze was Mellow" is also cool, and for me the best thing about them is they obviously spend ages programming the beats. Indeed some of the tracks on the LP are almost entirely made up of building and changing drum patterns along with some fairly sparse jazz/latin/weirdsh*t samples on top. Also check their two newest 12" releases "The revolutionary woman of the windmill" and another which has an equally strange title but I can remember what its called, both of these are also excellent. I think they also have a new album coming out very soon. For more info visit their website called _Pipe_ at http://www.southern.com "In the beginning was Jack and Jack had a groove..." John's Tack :)
