Because ATM machines are mass produced. Where they are placed is up to each
individual bank.
Now the really good question is why have braille on ATMs in the first place (on
any of the machines) when the questions that appear on the screen are not in
braille nor is there an audio track (beeping doesn't count)? How about a
braille transaction record? So, does anyone out there want to make a fortune?
