I know this is kind of old, but i just picked up a copy of the remixes of
Soft Ballet & it is really quite solid. In contrast to the very
weak, imo, [except for the BD traks] Nav Katze remix LP.
Carl Craig contributes a great remix which remains lite, but stays
strong & evolves along that e2-e4 style remake. Autechre adds a lovely
insectiod track to 'bug' out 2.
BDP remix a Plaid remix (!) and its quite good, with vocals
though (you are warned). Also present is a Reload mix [yum], and an
interesting piece by Greg Hunter!
A very good release.
