The cover has katakana which read Fuo-tekku (pronounced Photek, obviously), plus Sutanderu Desain, representing Standard Design who do all the artwork for the Photek label. The centre label has 'Photek' again, plus 'a-towa-ku' (artwork): 'Standard Design' at the bottom. In between is the kanji and hiragana for 'Seven Samurai', plus the phone number you mentioned written in kanji.
