It's definitely IDM by literal definition though...
I've previously done two mixtapes of deep, *nt*ll*g*nt drum & bass,
called 'Drum & Space', and since there has been a bit of breakbeat
discussion on the list, I thought I'd mention it here...
Volume 3 is another journey to the cutting edge of jungle, from the
breakbeat science of Photek, J Majik, Source Direct and Hidden Agenda,
to the full-on tough funk of Lemon D and ILS & Solo, the jazz trickery
of Flytronix and Original Playboy and the downtempo delights of Nu Era.
All mixed into a seamless voyage of aural delights by yours truly...
If you'd like a copy, can you first mail me to let you know you want
one (and can you put 'mixtape' in the subject line, it'd help loads) so
I can see whether it's worth duplicating a load - cost would be minimal,
I'm not out to make a profit...
