Maybe they should release a double pack of the Caustic window singles, and the Plug 12" set together? That would sell mightily quick! But seeing as both labels have the habit of delays and problems (the guilty parties being Rising High and Rephlex) I doubt it'll be too soon before this happens. In the meantime, pray for the AFX vs. ?-Ziq album, and 'Bluff Limbo.'

Erm, Brad Stryder is Richard James a la Aphex Twin. Amazing release....

In regards to AB3, I think it was around 600... but only around 200-300 had the bubblewrap... and the rest were just sold as blank CDs in a CD-Single case. I may be totally wrong though. ____ __,---' `--.__ ,-' ; `. There seem to be a lot of other artists "accidently" mislabelled as RDJ, especially when the records that have nothing other than RePhleX marked on them. Is someone trying to make money off selling other artists as RDJ? Who/what is this NME? When I got two Universal Indicator records, TB-303 and TR-606, they had stickers on the sleeve claiming they were Aphex Twin. Once I heard them, I assumed that ol' Rick James had dropped some bad acid, or that the local shop had made a mistake. But then I ran across a Web Page somewhere which also claimed that these same UI disks were Aphex Twin. Evidently, mine weren't the only ones with misleading stickers, so it wasn't the local shop after all. Does anybody have the low-down on this UI scam? Thanks. B

I heard from the folks at Resonance Records in Orlando that it really isn't rich. I myself wonder because it doesn't sound like something he would do anyway. Not to me anyway. Kev
