I've just had an advance listen to a few new tunes which are due to come out on SKAM records the first of which is by a guy named Dylon (NOT to be confused with Bob Dylan). The tracks as yet unnamed are to say the least AWESOME and follow wholeheartedly in the quality of the previous releases on the label. IMO Dylon could well be the next Aphex twin (of course that may be taking if a bit too far). The release should be SKA06. Also listened to a few new Gescom tracks (possibly) due out on SKAM after Dylon and once again wonders never cease to amaze from the Autechre boys. Sorry no titles available as yet, but I'll let you no when I find out. MO

SKA005 was the BOLA ONE EP (by Darrel Fitton - though not credited as such). Supposedly 250 of the 500 copies that were produced went to the US, according to what I heard. MO

I just picked it up - nice stuff. A good IDM track, a "happy" IDM track (sorta kinda reminded me of a harder version of Star 6 & 7,8,9 by the Orb) and a cool slow jam. PulseSoniq distribution has some - have your local store order it for you.
