Has anyone heard of the "Aural Expansions" remix album which contains remixes by Mixmaster Morris, U-ziq, Wagon Christ, etc.? Any opinions? Thanks, Craig onnow: The Cocteau Twins- Otherness (Forget the EZ listening Cocteau Twins of late, thanks to Mark Clifford, this is a great ep.)

Yes, and I think it is pretty nice: it sounds like what it is -- AE tracks filtered thru the flavors of the remixers. I liked Morris' mix especially, however, I prefer the pure Aural Expansions flavor and would choose a new AE 12" vs the remix one if limited to a choice. Actually, the Wagon Christ is pretty cool, too, but I can think of a track or two that might have been weirder to remix...
