It is/will be available in many places across the water though.. MNW (Scan- dinavia), Indigo (Germany/Austria), MSI (France), VIA (Benelux), Distrimusic (Spain), and Family Affair (Italy). I'm sure that if you email <info@ruc.com> and beg them to release this title domestically, that they would be more than willing to at least try. Also upcoming on RUC is Slyboot's 'Warriors on the Sly' (March 2000), as well as a compilation called 'Dying for Kredd pt II' (October 2000).. according to the press sheet.
