Right, at last here's the answers and result you've all (?) been waiting for. I was rather disappointed by the level of response, to the extent that I'm not going to let on how few people responded; however, it was quite close at the top in the end.

Well, a tricky one which even foxed me in the end. I had the answer as FSOL - ISDN, but needed to identify the track. One respondent gave the answer: Beck - Beercan (Mellow Gold LP) which is correct, but even less 1995 than the FSOL album. And I can't find it on the FSOL album now, so apologies.
