So it needs explaining, eh? pity that. Mr. Alien: First of all, I really don't like the aggressive tone of your reply to my takako minekawa review. I don't know you from a pumpkin, and I have NEVER EVER addressed anyone in this list in aggressive ways. I really don't deserve the horrid patronising tone of your (and I quote): "You think if you send them you'll make everybody notice you? Maybe that it so but I am sure mostly they'll be very upset with your actions." Second, and I again quote you "I did not get it at all." Well,,,, I am sorry. Whenever you read more Joyce and Deleuze you might get it. Or, maybe, when you actually READ with attention what is written you will be flooded by meaning. Third, my postings are definitely NOT off-topic. I have reviewed (in my own diagonal way) several idm songs which have touched me in a way or another. I doubt you read the subjects of my postings, cause if you had, you would've seen names such as Spooky, Gas, Takako Minekawa (you don't know her obviously), Sweet Exorcist vs. Bananarama, etc. Fourth, I chose to express myself in a more fragmented way due to the intense correlation between my writing and the music that -- I believe -- most of us love to listen to. Fifth, before being a record label, Mille Plateaux was the name of an ouvre by Gilles Deleuze. If you are going to listen to Intelligent Dance Music, you might as well read some Intelligent Mind Trips too. It's sure much better than reading Synthesizer Weekly, The Hyped Magazine, or Computer Music Digest. Sixth, If it hasn't really become clear to you by now, I don't give a rat's ass for what you think about my reviews because I don't do them for you, sweety. I do them as a form to exercise my listening, thinking and writing. Also, as a forms of communicating with myself and others who don't need explaining; people as intelligent as their music. Seventh, you said, "contribute more intelligent content." heehhehehehehmmmmmm, oh dear. That coming from someone who thinks Mille Plateaux is only a record label. You really think you've got it, eh? with wishes of peace, pedro. btw. I agree about MP being a great label. But I still am all-warped.

Dear Pedro, Ok. didn't read Deleaze or whatever his name is. Unfortunately I didn't have time to read Joyce. Ok I was rather frustrated with informative nature of your messages and my message to you sounded a little bit agressive (which has been stipulated by the recent amount of junk off-topic threads on the list). Ok my knowledge of English is pityful and I couldn't get any reason from your messages. Ok I don't know that Mille Plateaux is a name of an ouvre, and frankly speakng I do not know what "ouvre" means as well as didn't find it in any dictionary, the only guess I have is from French and it is masterpeace. I do confirm this. But why???.... Why you take it to the list??? Why didn't you reply to me privately as I did? I just asked what you messages mean and asked to explain to me why you think they should be on the list. I asked it in mildly agressive way because that was not your first message of the same undecipherable content and together with lists' tendency to talk more about the list itself and off-topic than electronic music it makes people like me (not reading Deleuze) desperate but I repeat that this message was for you only, not the list. I do confirm that now I understand why your messages where so dim and have nothing against them. But I am against snobs and now I am more than certain that you just wanted to pose yourself before the list. attachment: my original message. _________________________ Dear Pedro. Can I ask you to explain what a series of totally undecipherable messages posted to idm list could mean? I did not get it at all. You think if you send them you'll make everybody notice you? Maybe that it so but I am sure mostly they'll be very upset with your actions. Please stop off-topic that has flooded the list recently and please contribute more intelligent content. btw. Mille Plateaux is a great label. I liked their Electric Ladyland series, Alec Empire, Techno Animal and many others. with best wishes Alien __________________________ Farewell. Angry Alien..... ON-TOPIC CONTENT: I asked this long ago and did not get any reply so I would like to try once more. I have a burnt CD under the name of Futique "Paging Mister So and So" which is very good slow electronica-idm music. I would like to know more about them. Also I would like to know more on the new David Kristian "Room Tone" if it is possible. Thanks in advance.

masterpiece is "un chef d'oeuvre". Oeuvre means "piece of art" and it's written oeuvre. actually for purists, it's Œuvre.
