Would someone give me the scoop on Being --- it was mentioned twice on today's digest? Thanks Dr. Z

I have August but haven't seen Set or Oct. Anyone know who is distributing it in the states? There's a German Being Cd as well that is excellent. Tony

Here's the little I know: Paul(?) Being recording under the artist name being (little b). 3 Limited 12"s released through Andy Weatheralls Emissions label. Each issue limited to 500 copies. As the man said above it's scarey ambient music. 12"s come in a plastic bag with a 'Limited Emissions' sticker, and a piece of white A4 with an interesting labelled picture (air vents, theatre layouts etc.) and the track details. Claude Young helped do one track on the first EP (August), don't know about the other two because my shops haven't had them in. The tracks of all three 12"s are going to be released on an Emissions CD with some new tracks. He's also recorded some new tracks for the 'Fresh Emissions' compilation out in November, and is meant to be recording an album. He's also djing/playing(?) at Wolverhampton at teh Atomic Jam in a couple of weeks. Any more info out there? I need the track listings for the 2nd and 3rd 12"s and other details please if anyone's got them. I got the being releases on emissions because I was so impressed with his track on the Invisible Soundtracks EP volume one on Leaf records. I don't know of any other being releases but I would love to find out about them. Leaf EP: DISJECTA - VISTIC 5'15" ZURICH - A HARSH TRUTH (PARTS 1 AND 2) 7'53" BEING - CUE 7'30" GESCOM - BRONCHUSIX 7'13" As for the emissions trilogy, I read in NME that the 12" tracks were not going to be put on the CD, but it would contain entirely new tracks, but it was NME so the truth behind the article is doubtful. -Ed being . monthly transmission . september (diagram of music building) a1. football a2. fotts b1. footpeel b2. mavebeep part III all tracks written and produced by being. being . monthly transmission . october (diagram of adjustable ceiling auditorium) a1. mavebeep part IV a2. live b1. flee b2. ayemooth all tracks written and produced by being.
