Thanks for the information on Navarre, He seems to have alot out on F-Comms, so could any body tell me if there is an FNAC or F-Comms internet sight. As for the Autechre 10"'s (Basscadet remixes), When the box set was originally released all the 10""'s were priced at #2. The best remixes in my opinion are the 1st mix on side A (no.1) by beaumont hannat i think, and the entire 3rd 10". The last ten inch is faster, and definately the most dancable of the three, but seems to have a really cool bassline. I think it is the shortest of the three as well. If you buy the c.d. the final remix is left off according to the track listings, so it's worth investing in the vinyl. Speaking however of Selectadisc, I was there only yesterday. I managed to buy loads of stuff, A 12" by Cyborgs from hell called Stress on Red records for 99p, Which features mixes by mark Kavanagh (?). It has four tracks, and is definately beaty, bassdrumtastic, oscillations a plenty, you get the drift. I also managed to pick up the Hi Rize album ,'Sodium' on GPR for #3.99 Dbl vinyl. I haven't listenened to it yet, but Hi Rize is Dave Cambell alter-ego Kibu on Rising High. So i assume it will be pretty standard influx-James Bernard Rising high ambience/techno in the similar vein to beaumont hannat and black dog. I also bought a dbl twelve inch on eye-q buy Earth nation. Not the recently released album however, but it lasts for 80 odd minutes with 12 tracks so it's longer tan the recently released earth nation album but longer. It's all Ralf haundenbeutal (I can't spell his name) who writes most of Sven Vath's stuff for him. I also found bargains in sister ray, HMV would you believe, Virgin Megastore (?), Rough Trade etc.....but selectadisc was the best for cheap cool stuff. Far too numerous to mention. by Nick.
