AFX - Auto Hangable Bulb ------------------------ Just a quick note. This is jungle. This is along the lines of RDJ's recent attempt at remixing Wagon Christ on the Redone ep. I happen to really like this disc. However, I think the biggest discovery is this track called, "Laughable Butane Bob" as I think RDJ played this at the Bjork show in Toronto. Can't put my finger on it, but the melody is SO familiar! Anyways... I got my copy of this 12" in Toronto, Canada. If I can do it, so can you. Thanks to the guys at Republic Records. I picked it up yesterday, and to tell you guys the truth, I was really disapointed. I wouldn't really compare it with his other releases - he sounds like he's having a bit of a laugh, and unless this really *is* a new direction for RDJ, I don't expect we'll be hearing much new AFX junglist material. _H.A.B._ is a nice, perky record - a bit of fun that I'm enjoying at the moment but won't be listening to in a month or so's time... || [CiM] || s.walley@uea.ac.uk || http://www.sys.uea.ac.uk/~u9323899/
