I only caught the last hour, but it didn't sound especially hot to me - mainly due to a few weak(er) tracks and a bit of self-indulgent Bladerunner sample usage. There was a nasty acidic bouncy, DJax stlye track though that I *need* to own, and another one with a repeated lyric about someone being 'big and boney' (I think...). Did anyone who heard it, know what I'm on about? OnNow: My big Berghaus jacket - cos I'm ill :( || [CiM] || s.walley@uea.ac.uk || http://www.sys.uea.ac.uk/~u9323899/

It seemed a bit slow and housey at the start - which is all I caught, I fell asleep, but he did an impressive thing with some tribal track. You've probably heard itif you've been clubbing at all recently Rob.

It was probably the line "you don't have to be fake and phony" which would make it the 2nd track on Green Velvet's _Portamento Tracks_ EP on Relief. -- dave walker, detroit art services _ marmoset@conch.aa.msen.com born freeke Dave Walker

I heard the whole thing, and wasn't particularly impressed. There was too much "happy-go-go" material (housey disco with sampled lyrics on top ;) and not enough interesting/inventive tracks to keep my attention. There was a couple of really (in lack of a better expression) rocking tracks, but not enough to justify me wasting a C120 DAT-tape on it.
