Dear people of the net, Yesterday I purchased "Bel Air" by Ultramarine and this one will be _definitely_ be in my top 3 of this year.. Whoo, this one is real beautiful! I don't have my Cd-player here at my parent's home so I can't give a review.. But it goes from 'as what we known' Ultra Marine to ambient/elektro to deep jungle and songs which Tricky could have composed to ambient soundscapes to real techno! And all not in such a wide range that it is to different all together. GO GET IT! Also really wicked! # Bandulu - Now/Non-stop - 10" Infonet # The protein valve - 12" M-plant (gto rockin your feet) # Morgan Geist - Premis EP - 12" Environ (incl. Connection Machine mix) # Rob Dougan - Clubbed to death #2 - 12" Mo Wax (great rmxs by Carl Craig, Wax Doctor and Peshay) # Goldie - Angel - 12" Ffrr (incl. great remix by _again_ Peshay) # Casino Classix - Four track EP - 12" Ifach (Baby Ford and Mark B-Room) # Rapid Eye vs Uttoz - Moody Trax - 12" Djax-Up-Beats (Thee J. Johanz) Maybe larger reviews in future.. Always done when requested. on now: all the records mentioned above! Cheers, PEEL

If you like this you'll probably want Robert Hood's _Movable Parts_ EP as well (review coming soon, along with some other stuff). "Untitled Sketch" from that EP may be my favorite track of the year so far. -- dave walker, detroit art services _ marmoset@conch.aa.msen.com born freeke Dave Walker
