I was a little shocked to see that Strange in NYC in selling the Red and Blue Universal Indicator EP's for $75 each, both as Aphex Twin of course. They were also selling the Mescalinium United EP with RDJ mixes for the same price. Ugh. :: Alan M. Parry :: fluid@hyperreal.com :: <finger me for PGP key> :: http://hyperreal.com/~fluid

Colin bought them recently from a friend.. Although I don't feel as though they are worth the money, I think that we need some perspective on this. Old records (Jazz, funk, etc) which were issued in the tens of thousands, sekk for as much as 150 bills.. The indicators, while hardly limited, are still extremely rare relative to collectors items of decades past.. While I certainly don't condone such price inflation, NYC is NOT the place to be finding deals on rare records.. The city is notorious for charging 15-35 bills for something that could be had for 3-5 bucks at home (Chicago).. blah.. blah... Jamie

How many of these were made? Anyone know? The red one says Ltd 1000 on it. Tony
