I for one thoroughly enjoyed the phrase "moby loving freak." Has Luke Vibert's seemingly tltle-less 3 song ep on Mo'Wax been discussed on the list? I don't remember any mention of it... Anyway, I really love it, and the second track is currently my favorite bit of IDM. (tied with Megaphonk, I suppose.) This Vibert fellow has a suave way with beats, I must say. On another note, I was surprised to see that the cover of the new Orbital ep is simply an image taken straight out of a stock photo CD. It's a close up picture of some gears. I know the image well because a while back, someone paid me to animate this very image. I had to make the gears rotate. I would say that this is not a terribly adventurous package design. The images have to come from somewhere... Why not an "image bank"? Frankly, I have never liked any of Orbital's cover art. I dig the disembodied nervous system wearing headphones on _Snivilisation_, but that cover, as with the bulk of their artwork, is ruined by a lousy color scheme.
