There is about a two-minute pause between the last track and the "bonus."
Think of it this way--when you put your CD player on REPEAT, it serves
as an intro to the rest of the album. It works a lot better as a
beginning than as an ending. This distinguishes it from the bonus on
EP7 (which isn't on the Nothing release anyway), which really doesn't
fit the rest of the album (although I rather like it, unlike most folks
on this list who have bothered to comment on it).
