My copy says on the label "REPHLEX CAT 040 [2] EP" so I presume it is the second part of a two part release. On the case it says "CAT 040 R EP". The front cover of the case is a close up of what looks like cheese and the back has some wine in a glass and a cheese wedge on a heart shaped block. I got no poster and I haven't got a clue if they were released together, sorry. When I bought it I thought I had the original until I brought it home. I still love it, though. -Ed
