Apparently, they were deleted due to sample clearance issues. This is such a shame, since the jazz brakes series comprises some of my favorite music of all time: funky, creative, juicy 'n' tasty. Coldcut's finest hour, perhaps (Coldcut used to be a primary part of DJ Food in the early nineties, before they went back to being Coldcut again).
I still lack volumes 1 and 3...maybe we can convince Ninja to put these out on mp3 for a limited time, just as they did with Kid Koala's "Scratchappyland" a few months back (which no doubt has sample clearance issues of its own...I mean you can't just sample the Charlie Brown Halloween special and not expect Charles Schulz's goons to come after you with a flame thrower).
