I was at the record shop today (finally got "Last Train to Lhasa" on 4x vinyl!!), and saw a Warp compilation called "Theories of Evolution", or something like that... It had Jedi Knights, Link, and some other artists mentioned on the front cover sticker on the outside of the plastic. I searched through the IDM archives, but couldn't find any info about this... Seems the messages only go up to Jan 1995 for right now. Anyway, could someone send me a tracklist/brief info about this release (ie, any material from the "Clear" pressings on here?)... It's $14.95, and I'm very tempted to go buy it (I'll be poor, but oh well!) For a Warp release...this is not that great. Had I paid what my friend did for a copy of this, I would have felt a bit ripped off. However, the Chameleon Remix of Link is now one of my all time favourite tracks. Incredible breaks....incredible production and engineering. Definatley a headphone track. jay ______________________________________________________________________________ Jason W.
