I just read someone's idm message that mantioned W0's new Strange Cargo release. I too enjoy his rich synth-texures combined with wangy guitar and lavish rythms. I know that he has him own label N-Gram Records which he has stuck a deal to be distributed by WEA. On this label he has promised to sign bands of his choice of which he will usually have some influence (remixing, producing). Anyway, a couple of the first releases on his new label besides "Hinterland" is a solo attempt by the ole singer from his TORCH SONG venture, another TORCH SONG full length, and another band called PIECES OF A MODERN STYLE. If anyone has any other informan tion, or has listened to the releases that I have mentioned, or other W0 productions, please let me and the IDM list know. -Tyson (hallert@simon.wustl.edu)
