"They" don't choose it... Mort aux Vaches is just a name (as a series) for
releasing cd's which are radiosessions for the Radio 5 VPRO. These sessions
are recorded and broadcasted through national radio and can be downloaded
too... Just search for VPRO Holland and find "De Avonden":
