Does anyone know where you can find good 'found sound' wavs on the net? Just sort of everyday noises - planes, trains, typewriters, that sort of thing. Most of the standard sample sites don't really have what I'm looking for. (sorry if this is probably better suited to IDM-making, but i've forgotten the address) Cheers, Dan. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

While we're talkin' Blade Runner samples, I might mention Future Sound of London's "My Kingdom". Ok. Can anyone help me? On a CD FSOL did (I forget which one, I think it was Dead Cities) there is a sample : "I have killed a man, a man who looked like me." Does anyone know the source of it? I remember listening to some of their live shows on radio years ago, and when I saw 'Silent Running' I was amazed at how much they had ripped off from it... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Aaron D Meyers" <adm226@nyu.edu> To: "Ken" <kenzo@free-music.com>; <idm@hyperreal.org> Sent: Saturday, February 23, 2002 10:48 PM Subject: Re: [idm] MP3 with Blade Runner samples | While we're talkin' Blade Runner samples, I might mention Future Sound | of London's "My Kingdom".
