Dear All, Re TB303 Compartmentalising your life into small boxes is sad Why not try appreciating ideas ? A TB303 should be used if that is the sound the artist is looking for providing they have one available. If someone wants to send me a few hundred quid then I will use buy a 303 and use it on some of my tracks , if not then it won't stop ideas and creativity. Re Album Art If you want to treat the cover as simply a piece of marketing bollocks then fine but I fear you may be missing the point - why not appreciate it for what it is - an album cover / a work of art this in itself adds to the appeal of 12" over CD. A cover can certainly add another dimension to an album. I enjoy a cover if I can spend some time involved in it or if it makes me think. One of my faves has to be Dubnobass.... Look with your eyes, listen with your ears and think (it ain't illegal yet!) and only open you mouth after you've opened your mind. I hope you know where the grass is greener, Luv and peace, Ash.
