i thought planet earth was going under too, but in the new ear-rational catalog speedy j's 'g-spot' is listed with a domestic price and the label is planet earth! did i misread? jon writes:

visible is great! one of my favorite US labels and i think they make all the over-hyped labels look pathetic! seofon, not breathing, antihouse, joey beltram, a.t.o.l...etc! as soon as i get some $$$ i fully intend to buy their entire cd back catalog! -- o _/,_ . /o...\__// fk453@cleveland.freenet.edu \_'__/``\` \`

planet earth is indeed gone, and eye q is opening an office in los angeles officially on may 8th. they (i should say we, i'm going to work there) are planning to release a harthouse 12" every week or so and three or four albums per month. once i start i will be able to be more detailed about that if anyone's interested (lest i be flamed if some of the artists are not considered idm by the list's standards). as far as i know, these are the first releases: hardfloor - mahogany roots 12" (remixes by work and slam) hardfloor - respect v/a/ - dark hearts vol. 2 (harthouse) v/a - behind the eye vol. 2 (eye q) v/a - global virus (harthouse) spicelab - a day on our planet note that global virus, respect, and a day on our planet are already available, having been released through planet earth. fear not, i don't plan on using this list to promote the products but i thought some of you might want to be aware of this new american presence. ____ Hug Your Waistline to the Bassline Tamara Palmer trance@netcom.com http://schwa.org/~urb Women Respond to Bass
