This 12" is a purist must for the friends of the REPHLEX sound. From Chris Jeffs (Kinesthesia) we get return to form musicbox-magic-melody. Thankfully his offering is free from feeblebeatitis. (read: i was not in tune with either his TEEX3 offering or the ventolin - cyborg remix. But don't read me wrong, I was down with the sounds on Kobal) This is straight up mellow keyboard fondling ambient. The other gem on this strong four tracker is 'OMICRON' which is (surprise surprise!) lovely strung out and saucy electro. It's not knock you down funky but certainly 'on the techno strength'. I'm confident that there's something for everyone here. Now who's this pizzaman?
