Nope. Unlike "On," it's all the same damned mixes. And boy did I feel like crap to see all of them on one disc for 6 bucks. So I sold back the imports and used the proceeds toward The Grid's Evolver. Now there's a fabulous album if I ever heard one. Anyway, now I've got that and now I don't have to switch discs to hear all the ventolin mixes, so I guess it's a good deal all around. Personally, I could care less whether I have the rare import. Also finally picked up Madonna's Bedtime Story remixed by Orbital. What a disappointment. I actually like the song, which is more than I can say for most of her stuff. But the Orbital mix is just plain lame. It just pales in comparison to their remix of Meat Beat's Mindstream. Come to think of it, a lot of their remixes of other people have been pretty weak. I think they should stick to their material. Color me tasteless and tacky, but I actually enjoyed the Junior Vasquez remixes more (no flames, please. Isn't this admission quite enough torture)? Anyone else out there not ashamed to admit this? Listened to LFO's Tied up. Verdict? Boring. Yawn. Still can't find freaky shakra. Will keep looking. Mistress of the Material Girl

That mix is basically "Remind" with MBM vocals on top. My favorite orbital remix, nonetheless. -bob

Or, rather, "Remind" is Orbital's remix of Meat Beat Manifesto's "Mindstream" without the Meat Beat Manifesto.

If you listen closely to the Meat Beat remix, you'll notice it's a lot more raw and busy. It almost sounds evil. When you listen for the differences, you notice just how kickass that remix is. Listen loudly too. It rocks.

actually remind is the remix without the vocals. in the liner notes for the brown album it says that remind was 'based on' the remix of mindstream. rb
