For anyone trying to find some music from the guys at Sahko... check out Mika Vainio's release on TENSION Records, Hollis NY I forget the exact title of the 12", I only have a white label. It was released in November 94. Also coming from Rancho Relaxo/Disko B Records Rancho Relaxo Volume 1 a compilation featuring Abe Duque,Bonerider,Jason BPMF Szostek Mika and myself. release date early May. Only 300 copies will be distributed to the US. dietrich

Here's the info: Artist: Tekonivel Title: Reuma EP Label: Tension Cat. #: TEN 3003 Tracks: A1: Hoechst A2: Reuma B1: Mugwumb B2: Osmum Written & Produced: Mika Vainio The first cut is classic, minimal Sahko-techno, with hypnotic slowly-evolving percussion. The rest are good and acidy, but IMHO spoiled by a really annoying kick drum sound. It's like that big farty Brooklyn hardcore kick, but slowed down to an almost acid-housey pace. Needless to say, it just doesn't sound *right*. - Matthew
