I too found it in the CDE database (and was hungry enough to order it.)
When I inquired from Dielctrique, the Belgian online service I learned

Being sufficiently bummed by this response, I called R&S in Belgium to
see if I could get "the scoop". They told me that ATC was scheduled to
be released 12/5/94!!! When I asked him about the track listing, he
said that they were planning to work that out this week!!!
Seeing as I already ordered this disc from CDE and that they hit my
credit card about 5 seconds after I logged off, I think it kind of rots
that they list vapourware in their online catalog without any type of
flag against it.
If anyone out there is contemplating becoming as big a sucker as me,
don't order it yet.....
