Well, being somewhat ill because of allergies and also bored of listening to the same CDs at work, I dug through a crate of discs and pulled out what I would call a couple of gems: _Every Man and Woman is a Star_ by Ultramarine and the self-titled Utah Saints disc. Now, I'm sure there are some people who would look down on such music, but I recommend both. They're not chill records, but they're certainly not hardcore dance, either. Just good, clean, head-bobbin' music for those days when you need to get something done. For those of you with a particular Kraftwerkian bent (like me), Utah Saints grab a riff from _Electric Cafe_ and build a nice trancebient tune around it, and I'd swear that one of the Ultramarine songs samples liberally from the Cocteau Twins. Good stuff.
