I bought the vinyl version of Ginger on Warp. The pressing was bad (surprise?), so when I saw the Radikal CD with the xtra traxs, i got that. Maybe someone with the CD & vinyl versions can confirm this, but the CD mastering sucks, the low end aint there. Where did it go? I feel sorry for eric(?) at WT. The folks in charge obviously dont know what they are doing. I think it is going this stuff is being released stateside, but if you have to wait 2 months after it is issued...esp. if your a dj, what is the point? And, of course, will there be a vinyl version? I noticed for EthnoTechno there was. I guess we will have to wait and see. But, i always wonder when this kinda issue comes up-if the recording is made, why does it take so long for it to be released stateside? As for the injunction against the import, my vinyl source said the same thing. He gets his stuff via WATTS. He told me he couldn't get me the import, so I went downtown to get it at a record shop. By the bye, the HIA album Colorform was released stateside on Waveform, is there any difference between there issue and the Beyond isssue? Just wondering. Sorry for being so long wiiiiinded........ time...space...transmat@teleport.com bleep on!
