Well, as far as who gets on the tape and all of that, I'd say
that how to handle submissions would really depend on the number of
submissions received in relation to the length of the tape/disc. I'd say
to hold off on making a decision on that until you've tallied the number
of people INTERESTED in submitting, then either (A) have a "panel" judge
the submissions once they've been sent (if there are quite a few) or
whatever.
