Jon Drukman reviewed it in IDM Times Volume 1, Number 7, which is available from techno.stanford.edu via gopher, ftp, etc. Which is not to suggest that Mr. Drukman is the last word on any release, merely to point out that the archive at techno (especially the idm list archives) is an invaluable source of information, particularly for those who have joined us more recently. That said, my two bits on TEX is that the booklet is better than the CD's - while most, if not all, of the articles in the booklet are informative and amusing, there's a lot of subpar music on TEX. They could have judiciously trimmed it down to one disc without losing anything important, IMHO. C. -- Channel ** cspot/chris [cspot@netcom.com]
