Also, check out the Jazz-Hip-Jap compilations from Mo'Wax. Difficult to
find anything better on the Acid-Jazz level (El Malo, Monday Mishuru...
really kick ass!). I was kinda amazed with how good japanese are
jazzically, and since I bought those compilations, I have been to a few
jazz improvs here in Chicago featuring Japanese artists, and trust me
I was not disappointed!
