Actually, I think that we're just a few steps ahead of them. It seems that usually there's much discussion of everything immediately following its release (or before its US release), and Tower's buyers just don't rush to have it in stock immediately. I'm not sure about other locales, but the selection of IDM at the Towers here in Seattle is pretty shit compared to what you can get at shops which specialize in the stuff. From the looks of the selection here, Tower just seems to buy whatever a handful of "techno" labels tell them to. (caroline, instinct, TVT/Waxtrax!, moonshine) And Caroline seems to be doing well releasing classics.
