Ken ishii is at the forefront of a subtle wave of Japanese techno. The hallmark of his work is it`s obvious originality and it`s also very futuristic. The Ken Ishii releases I know of are: "Garden On The Palm" LP on R&S "UTU" EP on Plus 8 "Pneuma" EP on R&S "Deep Sleep" EP on Apollo "Ambient Groove Vol 3" LP on ESP (includes 3 Ken Ishii tracks) "Rising Sun" EP on ESP The "white" album you mention is a white label of Ken Ishii`s second album for R&S which Renaat has been flashing around a bit. Apparently it`s pretty amazing, but _very_ few people have it at the moment. Brendan Nelson Lost Transmission From Cowley
