Hardly an IDM question... ;-) The UK is in time zone +0000 (+0100 in the summer). The America is a big place, the time zone varies accross it.... But, eg California is in -0800 (-0700 in the summer) New York is in -0500 (-0400 in the summer) ie the east is generally 5 hrs behind the uk, the west 8 hrs (but beware that we may not switch to/from summer time at the same time as the US....) So at 4pm GMT on Thurday, we have New York: 11am EST, Thursday California: 8am PST, Thursday Cosmic
