Pete Ashdown graces us with his opinion:

Ummm, guys, is this little flame-fest in response to Todd's message to his
friends on the list who have evidently asked him to make a tape for them
and he was responding to queries as to its delay/status?
Have either of you two heard his tape? Have either of you two requested it?
If not, then just what exactly are you rambling about? His post wasn't
intended for you, as clearly stated in his heading for that section of his
post. And if you have heard it, then stick to reviewing it, not
aimless pontificating on what you think is boring or not kewl or phony
phascades used to subvert the youth of the world.
I thought this was the *Intelligent* Dance Music list......
ObIDM: The DJ played a Jean Michele Jarre track at a nightclub of which
I was recently partaking. Is there something recently released by him? a
Zoolookologie remix or something?
Also, whatever happened to Pete Shelley? Did he grow up and become a
producer or something? Or did he cash in and retire? Maybe my question is
more who produced the Telephone Operator 12" (if Pete didn't do it himself)
and where are they now?
ObBackground: I was digging and turned this one up and gave it a listen
with headphones and was impressed by the production. This resulted in the
queries before you.
